My Story – The Path That Shaped My Work

I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer and began my professional journey in telecommunications with Cantv (then part of Verizon). I completed a Specialisation in Telecommunications Management, and by 26, I was already leading teams, coaching them toward growth, and managing complex technical and commercial projects.

These formative years strengthened my analytical thinking, leadership style, and conviction that communication is at the heart of every solution.

As Venezuela faced growing social and political challenges, I felt called toward new horizons. I migrated to Australia as a skilled professional, expanding my career across new industries and cultures. In 2008, I completed a Master of Marketing at UNSW, deepening my understanding of brand psychology, consumer behaviour, digital strategy, and organisational growth — insights that would shape every chapter that followed.

Later, personal transformation — a divorce, a need for change, and a desire for adventure — opened the door to a new chapter in Peru.
In Lima, I entered the world of digital marketing and advertising, working with tech start-ups and creative agencies. I managed and coached teams, guided strategies, solved complex challenges, and helped brands grow in fast-paced, highly competitive environments.

This period strengthened my creativity, broadened my leadership, and reaffirmed my passion for helping people and teams reach their potential.

In 2019, I returned to Australia seeking freedom, reinvention, and a deeper understanding of myself. What followed became the most transformative period of my life.

I faced profound personal challenges, beginning with the unexpected passing of my brother — a turning point that reshaped my life and continues to influence how I grow and transform. Not long after, I supported my partner through terminal illness, navigated business liquidation, carried financial and emotional responsibility, confronted my own health journey, and moved through layers of grief and reinvention.

Through all of this, I rebuilt myself more than once — with courage, intention, and an unwavering commitment to growth.

During this time, I continued learning. I completed a Certificate in Learning Design at UTS (2021), expanding my understanding of how people learn and how to design meaningful learning experiences.

Drawn to supporting children, I later completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care at TAFE NSW, working directly with children and families and applying my skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and guidance.

In 2024, after over 20 years exploring psychology, self-awareness, holistic practices, NLP, astrology, and mind–body modalities, I became a certified Art of Living Teacher in breathwork and meditation — bringing together many threads of my personal and professional journey.

Throughout all these chapters, I continued creating. I published two bilingual children’s books, weaving imagination, emotional literacy, cultural belonging, and a deep love for storytelling.

My professional journey spans multiple disciplines:

• Telecommunications & Technology: Product management, supplier coordination, customer delivery, operations, and leading technical teams with clarity and purpose.
• Marketing, Communications & Sales: Digital strategy, brand storytelling, SEM/SEO, content creation, customer experience, CRM, and coaching teams to deliver high-quality, human-centred results.
• Business Operations & Leadership: Retail and small business management, finance, compliance, logistics, staff training, and strengthening organisational performance.
• Education & Children’s Development: ECEC educator, swim teacher, learning designer, and creator of educational experiences that nurture confidence, creativity, and emotional wellbeing.
• Creative Publishing & Writing: Author of bilingual children’s books focused on imagination, emotional awareness, nature, and connection.
• Personal Development, Wellbeing & Mind–Body Practices: Meditation and breathwork teacher with two decades studying human behaviour, resilience, healing, and inner growth.

Across all these roles, one skill has remained constant:
I lead, mentor, and coach people to grow — professionally, personally, and creatively.

To help people and organisations grow through clarity, communication, and human understanding.

I support growth by seeing possibilities, simplifying complexity, creating alignment, solving problems with heart and intelligence, and coaching individuals and teams to reach their potential.

Coaching has been a natural extension of my work for many years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I offered coaching and emotional support — both formally and informally — to people navigating uncertainty, isolation, career transitions, and personal challenges. It was my way of giving back in a moment when so many needed connection, perspective, and hope.

This experience reinforced my belief that guiding others is not just something I do — it is something I am.
As I continue to evolve, I remain open to expanding this work and integrating it even more deeply into my professional path.
